Lorenzo, Orso, Tekoser. Anarchico morto per la libertà

Fonte - Lorenzo, Orso, Tekoser.

Extractivism at persih in South America: people struggles angainst corporations

Do not miss this article, brief radiography of the popular uprising against the impositions of governments, corporations and banks in South America. And above all the author's conclusions.

The author was forgot mention the Mapuche people's struggle against the Canadian corporation Meridian Gold. We not.

Note the importance of water as the backbone of the coordination city-countryside. In Western Europe, due to the virtual disappearance of the rural world, this is non-existent context. We can see how corporations do not find any opposition, so abundant commodities, from the countryside as water, becomes privatized and reach prices as if were electricity.

And yet the importance of small groups in building the mass movement. Making public causes and potentially harmful effects for the hole community, their speeches are eventually assimilated into the people until they are set in the common speech definitely. They are an example of how reason and truth guide the wills against the interest and the mechanisms of alienation. Sometimes it used to preach in the desert.

The awakening of consciousness begins with the end of the corporations.tctca

Translation of La Jornada: El extractivismo se tambalea via la tarkoteka

Resistance to extractivism is sweeping the Latin American, from north to south, from the Atlantic to the Pacific, involving all countries, forcing governments to pull their soldiers to the streets and declare a state of emergency to terrorize populations that refuse it, because they are suffering the consequences of the model.

Open pit Megamining, big works such as hydroelectric dams, monoculture sprayed with glyphosate and real estate speculation, are being answered as never before in intensity, extent and duration. The Peoples are getting in recent years major victories: brakes on Monsanto seed plant in Malvinas Argentinas; binational project of Barrick Gold's Pascua Lama stop; delaying the construction of dozens of dams, as happened with La Parota dam in Mexico.

The Fights for Southamerica
In recent weeks has been the people of Arequipa, southern Peru, which is forcing the Ollanta Humala government to declare a new state of emergency, after the fourth clash with police repression, in the contest of an mobilization that last already more than 60 days, against the Tia Maria copper mine project, initiated by Southern Copper Company.

Peru is likely to be the epicenter of resistance to mining, with an average of 200 environmental conflicts since 2008.

In Brazil not only resists to megamining but large hydropower projects like Belo Monte, along with the many real estate speculation projects (urban extractivismo), progressing feverishly as Rio de Janeiro ahead the 2016 Olympics.

The Argentina pampas is the center of resistance to soy monoculture model, standing out Mothers of Ituzaingó, the Malvinas Argentinas Assembly, Stop Fumiging campaign  and Committed Doctors organizations, wich from 15th to 18th June organized Teacher Training Dignified Science Week and Sicio-Environmental Health in Rosario.

Features of the people class struggle in South America
So far there is no unified or centralized resistance, or regional scale in the different countries, but the multiplicity of struggles is coordinated in the streets, without unified platforms. As the latest report of the Observatory of Mining Conflicts in Latin America (OCMAL) shows, all this effort to sustain the extractive mining is increasingly criticized and discredited by large sectors of society, and that mining system can not convince the population of its advantages (OCMAL, April 2015, p. 101).

There is some similarity between the current resistance to extractive model and worker resistance to Fordism in the 1960s. Factory workers reached to dismantle the productive systme thanks to a direct resistance in each section and in each workshop, based on direct action without relying on the union bureaucracies, until the discipline and the labor division were defeated. Seems necessary to insist that was not an institutional struggle, not even openly declared, but so effective that overcame the capital in their own fiefdoms, factories, forcing them to a complete restructuring of the productive apparatus.

Something we can learn from that wave of workers' struggles is that to defeat a model of domination the focus is what happens on the ground where the model is applied, governments and state administrations being completely irrelevant. Direct struggle and resistance are irreplaceable, as taught by the chronic collected in countless works and stories.

At this point it should be noted that there is a moment of defeat or final fight, as the verse of The International hymn says, because what matters is the long process of direct actions that achieve to lock the mechanism of domination. Since Fordism and Taylorism were implemented until they were overwhelmed and neutralized was spent over half a century; two or three generations of workers were needed to find the weak points of the Masters gears.

What have we learn
What is happening against extractivism should be source of multiple learning; with a place in the history of Resistance and one eye on the present, we can draw some conclusions.

The first is that the Resistance is carry on by indigenous people, blacks and mestizos from the areas where mining unfold, monocultures and infrastructure megaprojects. This is a large and heterogeneous network of farmers, rural workers and inhabitants of villages, which highlights the role of women and their families. It is a face to face with corporations and governments, without support of the institutions, which are present only when the most of the population is fighting in the streets.

The second is the importance of protecting the water, the main common good affected by the extractivist. In some countries, such as Uruguay, the urban population began to react against the model when the deterioration of the quality of the water consumed is evident. It boost the partnerships between rural and urban, between grassroots groups and unions, between workers and scientists.

The third is the variety of struggles that, at some point, become massive and cause the social unrest. Are not spontaneous but the result of a long outreach and organization. This happens these days in Arequipa, where most of the population of villages and towns, first, and of the great city then, turns against mining.

The fourth is the importance of small local and regional groups, composed of activists and neighbors, young people generally. Such groups are critical because they share the initial information that start discussion among broad sectors of the affected populations.

Extractivism is an idol with feet of clay still a far from collapse but we can see noe how faints.

The Pentagon’s “Operation Jade Helm 15″: The Floodgate towards Martial Law and World War III?

First we learned that Operation Jade Helm 15 is coming this summer from mid-July through mid-September to a Southwest neighborhood near you stretching from Texas to California. Per government sources and their mainstream media outlets like the Washington Post, it’s nothing more than a benign massive military drill designed to test how effectively US Special Operations forces can covertly and as seamlessly as possible embed themselves into the civilian populace as a mere security training exercise to keep us all safe in the future. The Washington Post March 31st headline - “Why Operation Jade Helm 15 is Freaking out the Internet and Why it Shouldn’t Be” - then goes on to list several alternative news sites like InfoWars making the claim that martial law in America is coming soon.
According to last August’s CNN poll, an all-time high of 87% of Americans simply do not trust their own government nor mainstream media as truthful or credible. More and more Americans are turning to alternative news sources in an attempt to find out what’s really going on in their world.
But the rash of “sky is falling” headlines from the internet news sources have created a media firestorm. Millions of Americans could hardly be consoled by the Washington Post article encouraging them not to worry that our government once again is up to no good. Instead those distrusting MSM believe Jade Helm 15 is a training exercise that will pave the way for US martial law similar to how the Boston Marathon false flag was a litmus test for martial law imposed on a major US metropolitan city. Except this time Jade Helm’s unprecedented size and scope covers a large expansive area taking up the southwestern quadrant of the United States.
The US military has designated certain states like Texas, Utah and part of Southern California during this operation as “hostile,” adding that “New Mexico isn’t much friendlier.” That the one time reputable DC newspaper that broke Watergate in the 70’s describes the Jade Helm operation in terms as if it were some kind of board game like Risk or Monopoly doesn’t help its already dubious credibility. Millions of Americans have realized their own oligarchic government has betrayed them and their interests and simply can no longer be trusted. So in the eyes of the feds, that would automatically make them “hostile.” The Post article also list several past covert military operations where states have been labeled as hostile territory for purposes of the training exercises. And of course that they went by unnoticed should give us solace the Jade’s outcome will be no different.
Now that the fascist totalitarian oligarchy posing as our federal government has been busily expanding its military wars from the Middle East to American soil against its own law abiding citizens, the Post tells us we shouldn’t worry. George W Bush once infamously proclaimed “you’re either with us or against us.”
The fact that police in America armed with the same heavy weaponry look identical to US combat troops fighting foreign wars are now murdering unarmed US citizens at an unprecedented rate, we shouldn’t worry? The number of Americans civilians since 9/11 killed by militant police is closing in on the number of American soldiers killed in action fighting in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars (as of a year ago 6802). Though no actual records are conveniently kept of police killing Americans, a year and a half ago it was reported that estimates of over 5000 Americans were killed by police since 9/11. Tack on the mounting numbers of police killings that have increased exponentially in the last year and a half and it could well exceed the KIA’s from foreign wars by now. That tells us the same counterinsurgency wars the US has been brutally waging on foreign soil is now being fought against us in the streets of America. As such, we stand to lose our life 55 times greater from our own police than any actual terrorists. And if you happen to be an African American male, that likelihood skyrockets.
As of the 2012 NDAA, military forces can enter our homes without warrants or charges and lock us up indefinitely without trial or legal representation. And according to that Washington Post article, apparently we should have no concerns about Special Forces showing up at our doorstep or roaming through our neighborhoods for several months over the summer. Our friendly state propagandist Washington Post says that when the elite wing of Big Brother’s killing machine invades our local communities, we should actually feel safer. Military spokesman Army Lt. Col. Mark Lastoria’s e-mail stated, “Training exercise Jade Helm is going to assist our Special Operations Soldiers and leadership in refining the skills needed against an ever changing foreign threat.” And we should all believe this because the military has such a great track record of always telling us the truth.
From the Boston Marathon bombings to Sandy Hook, the government has been executing false flags for purposes of imposing absolute NWO control over its citizens. Ever since the neocons’ inside 9/11 job the feds have used their “national security” card ad nauseam as their flimsy excuse to willfully betray our Constitution that they all swore oaths to uphold. And in its place treasonous governments in the West have systematically enacted draconian Orwellian laws of tyranny and oppression to conveniently vilify citizens bold enough to demand their civil liberties and privacy rights back. We dissidents who do not approve of our government’s obliteration of our constitutional rights have become the feds’ targeted enemy and deemed potential homegrown terrorists. Even homecoming veterans from US foreign wars are perceived as threats.
The international criminal cabal beholding to the Western oligarchs has infiltrated and hijacked the governments of Israel and the United States as well as Europe, Canada, Australia and Japan. We have a crime syndicate that has protected the international banksters who’ve been laundering drug money for multiple decades in its international drug trade. There’s nothing new here as the Bush crime family has been running drugs from South and Central America since the 1970’s. For years the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the State Department, the CIA, the FBI, the US military and their paramilitary private contractors have been flooding America and especially its inner cities with drugs – crack cocaine from Latin America and heroin from Afghanistan. High levels of the US government have partnered with drug cartels from Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Central America, and Dominican Republic to maintain their criminal activities. At the same time, ever since the late 1970’s high levels within these same US rogue crime agencies have also been partnering with al Qaeda/ISIS to create their invented “war on terror.”
And now if you believe many of the independent media sources, as of this summer all these sinister elements appear to be converging to soon cause catastrophic upheaval in the US Southwest, likely to change America forever. According to Judicial Watch earlier this week, the independent federal watchdog organization revealed that the US government is complicit with both the Mexican government and the Sinaloa drug cartel to be involved in joint training camp operations with ISIS a few miles from El Paso, Texas across the border in Mexico. Judicial Watch claims a Mexican military field grade officer and a Mexican Federal Police Inspector are among its sources. The camp is said to be located just eight miles from the US border. Despite the US intelligence community being well aware of this claim that terrorists might be currently training a few miles from our border and apparently planning an alleged invasion of the United States, President Obama as commander-in-chief apparently is laying low with only the already announced plans of Jade Helm operations that neither include a false flag war involving ISIS nor World War III as much of the internet media is all abuzz.
Between the US State Department’s Fast and Furious gun smuggling operation that was caught “inadvertently” arming drug cartels several years ago, and the feds’ funding and secret backing of ISIS as their proxy mercenary allies, several independent media sites maintain that a covert operation involving ISIS’ hybrid terrorists have been “slipping” across the border into the United States as provocateur forces designed to kill American citizens. Jade Helm and this latest ISIS piece converging on the states bordering Mexico are said to be the Obama excuse he’s been planning to implement martial law, illegally arresting American dissidents after a false flag event where Americans are murdered by the feds’ terrorist stooges.
Even more alarming is The Common Sense Show’s  Dave Hodges most recent post including photos of surface to air missiles at a US Air Force base that literally appeared overnight near Lubbock, Texas. In the designated hostile state of Texas, Hodges believes more than just martial law will be initiated but an actual US invasion and World War III is planned.
These days it is becoming increasingly more difficult to ferret out the truth, be it mainstream or independent media sources. A major strategy the federal government commonly uses to discredit alternative media is planting disinformation within its ranks. Government moles have infiltrated the so called independent online media, intentionally muddying the waters so murky as to obscure the facts. When alternative sites cry out that the sky is falling and then it doesn’t, it conditions consumers of independent media to no longer believe them either, thus rendering all independent news outlets “whacked out conspiracy theorists.” Through various PSYOPS the US intelligence community has targeted both social media as well as alternative news media as viably effective outlets to spread further disinformation and propaganda lies. Of course this malicious agenda of the US government purposely keeping Americans uninformed in the dark, too dumbed down and confused, not knowing who or what to believe or trust as the actual truth, is exactly where the feds want us.
After checking with their inside sources, Veterans Today editors Gordon Duff and Jim W. Dean have drawn the conclusion that the neocon feds have purposely used Jade Helm 15 to deceive and discredit independent news sources that are running with the ISIS invasion story.
This writer is uncertain of the coming events this summer. I’m unwilling to completely rule out the dire forecast of “an ISIS invasion” while simultaneously I’m unwilling to trust what the feds, the military or the Washington Post claim Jade Helm will bring as well. It bears in mind today to be skeptical in a healthy way toward any and all news outlets. Unfortunately it requires some vigilance and a willingness to do homework cross-checking sources to arrive at a more informed and accurate assessment of what may actually be transpiring in the world. By design the sub-standard educational system fails miserably in teaching discriminative, critical thinking amongst our population. Many people of course don’t have the luxury of time to invest in seeking out multiple sources to arrive at the truth in their fast paced, muddled, upside down world. Too many hidden agendas from both the right and the left carry misinformation and deception, whether intended or not. Ultimately the rule of thumb should minimally be to check the sources of whatever news information you utilize in order to draw your own conclusions.

Kurdish change towards libertarian Ideas. The Democratic Confederalism

In July 2006, died Murray Bookchin. Between the messages sent in memory of this important theoretical libertarian was one that could surprise those who had only a superficial knowledge of the Kurdish cause and struggle against imperialism.

The PKK expressed at the death of Bookchin its recognition as one of "the greatest social scientists of the twentieth century," the PKK recognized the contribution that his ideas had made to the development of socialist theory and expressed  that "His Theses on the state, power and hierarchy will be implemented and developed through our struggle", and following these ideas the PKK promised to implement the democratic confederalism.

What happened in order that from early writings quoting Stalin, Lenin or Mao now the emphasis is put on the libertarian Murray Bookchin?

Kurdish change towards libertarian Ideas
The Workers' Party of Kurdistan PKK was constituted in 1978 in the turkish kurdistan [kurd is a people divided in four nations: Turkey, Iran, Irak an Siria]. This political organization emerged with very clear ideas: establishing an independent socialist Kurdish State. The PKK in its early documents reflected this ideology. In its manifesto the PKK was defined as "a political organization under the guidance of scientific socialism" and, even critical with considered opportunists and revisionists policies of the USSR at that time, the PKK was in favor of socialist and national liberation struggle under the auspices of the Soviet Union.

The development of both, the fighting that PKK undertake, and changes in international geopolitics, affect deeply the program and structure of the Kurdish party. Unlike other political movements the PKK is able to make a critical reading of reality. The party is able to analyze the events surrounding the Soviet system and the ideas of socialism and national liberation movements.

In this sense the 1995 Party Congress exemplified for the first time in a more obvious way the changes that have taken place. The resolution of this Congress and qualifies the period dominated by Soviet influence as a phase of "primitive and brutal socialism" and calls for a new period in the socialist struggle. Not only this, but the abandonment of the hammer and sickle of the flag, or replacement of the "Central Committee" with "Party Assambly", will evidence this evolution in the conception of Kurdish liberation movement socialism.

The biggest changes come in the late 90s, the process of ideological evolution of the party continues above all from the hand of its leader, Abdullah Öcalan, and his arrest in 1999 marked a turning point in the history of the Kurdish liberation movement.

The new situation of Öcalan will be used by the Kurdish leader as a space for negotiation with the Turkish state and in turn to be a booster for the new ideas that were taking place in the PKK and which Öcalan was working. Documents in defense that PKK leader written was two documents about historical and political analysis that start developing the new paradigms for Kurdish liberation movement.

But still took a few years until the new theoretical framework was fully developed and matured by Abdullah Öcalan. Between 1999 and 2004, in which are consolidated the new ideas and the new structure of the Kurdish liberation movement, there was a fundamental element that will allow precisely the new paradigm of the Kurdish movement develops as we now know it.

In 2002 Öcalan begun study the work of Bookchin, finding in it a great inspiration and recommending reading for militants and Kurdish politicians.

In 2004 Öcalan is clear about his affinity to the ideas developed by Bookchin in his work . Only a year after the new ideology of the Kurdish liberation movement is mature and officially launched in parallel to the organizational restructuring of the movement.

On March 20, 2005 is announced the formation of the Koma Komalen Kurdistan (which was later renamed as Koma Civakên Kurdistan - Kurdistan Communities Union) and democratic confederalism is defined as the ideology of the new organization and the model to liberation of the Kurdish and the Middle East peoples .

The Democratic Confederalism
The Democratic Confederalism is already a complete system that concludes this process of change and impasse in which both, the ideology and the structure of the PKK, appeared to be and begins a new period marked by these new paradigms.

The democratic confederalism does not interpret the right to self-determination and the right to establish a Kurdish nation-state, because considers that it would only "replace old with new chains". In opposition it is presented a model of self-government that is built on "self-management local communities and organized in open councils [...]. The citizens themselves are the actors of a government of this sort, not the state authorities"so express Öcalan.

As an integral vision of liberation society, democratic confederalism has a strong anti-capitalist character. In his objection to the capitalist economy propose an economic system based on "ecological and economic communes", basis for the creation of an economic system that obeys to meet the fundamental needs of society and not for profit, and which is capable of protecting the environment. The importance of creating an ecological society is another pillar of democratic confederalism and is a clear example of imprinting that Bookchin has had on this.

Finally, about those pillars to point we have to speak of the women liberation. Women self-organization within the movement is a fundamental element and the fight against patriarchy is a fundamental part of the Kurdish revolutionaries program. As Öcalan says, "without the free woman can not be a free Kurdistan".

In the four parts of Kurdistan the Kurdish liberation movement is struggling to build a free society. Northern Kurdistan and Rojava are the clearest examples where despite the massive repression and war, democratic confederalism is running.

The Kurdish revolutionary movement along with his brothers peoples are giving a lesson to the world. Democratic modernity against capitalist modernity, against the history of occupation, colonialism and invasion, the Kurds are building a democratic, egalitarian and free society.

Past and present of American military bases in Spain

What happened to the American militar bases in Spain?

HISTORY

United States founded NATO in 1948 with two purposes. First was prevent European countries, weakened after 2nd WW, fell under the political influence of the USSR. The second was provided militar bases for possible open confrontation to spearhead its expansion in Europe, as at present time.

On the defensive Spain-USA agreement of 26th september 1953, "Madrid Pacts", signed by Generalisimo Francisco Franco and the President Ainserhawer, USA manage to install military bases in Spain and close the clamp on the Mediterranean sea. The agreement was presented by the fascist regime of General Franco as a model of mutual aid, military and economic, between "two powers". USA secret clauses reserved the unilateral initiative and use of the facilities. USA kept the space under American laws.
USA started investing and building military bases and installations. USA held the sovereignty of the bases and, despite participating staff from both countries were governed by U.S. law. The impact of the agreements conferred to Spain the figure of vassalage and the ability to automatically go to war if the U.S. did.

In 63, with the signing of the "Joint Declaration", the bases went to Spanish sovereignty. It results in the recognition of Spain as a "strategic ally", confirmed by the construction of the NASA satellites monitoring and spying center of Robledo de Chavela, Madrid, and the construction of the first nuclear power plant, in Zorita, Guadalajara. Nevertheless maintaining American court of jurisdiction. American plans for Spain were large, judging from the investment.

From 1973, with the advent of satellite technology, most bases and checkpoints become obsolete and was gradually transferred to the Spanish army.

In 1986, after decades of joint maneuvers, Spain joins NATO. The novelty of the covenant is that the NATO organization controls the militar bases and facilities, not America. But if the United States controls NATO it was not a substantial change. Translate, USA had no staff or facilities to mantein becouse subcontracts Spain to do instead. It was cheaper.

Everyone knows the large American military bases of NATO in Spain, as Torrejon de Ardoz, now used for civilian services as to NASA, Zaragoza Spanish base now that supports American logistical needs and Rota and Moron as permanent NATO military bases. But what of those other facilities?

U.S. military bases and installations:
American and Spanish militars recovering the nuclear bomb
fallen in Palomares during air maneuvers
San Pablo (Seville), airbase.
In 1957, the Seville airport was included in the "Hispanic-American Agreement" for the installation of a supply base. A track was used outside the civil service. Works were performed in the terminal and control tower. It was dedicated to military training and testing. Hence possessing a large military hospital, built about 63. The military airport was transform in civil in the 90sl and runs until today. Civilian useCIVILIAN USE.

San Pablo, Seville, Military Hospital.
Between 1971 and 1975, the facilities was remodeling, expanding the parking lot, and building an urbanization. At the end of the 70s the military hospital is ceded to the Spanish army, being in the 80s and after many reforms when it comes into service as a civil hospital. It was in service until the renovation of the hospital Virgen de la Macarena. Today hospital, urbanization and other facilities are abandoned and awaiting demolition. DEMOLISHED.

Reus (Tarragona), airbase.
The works of expropriation for construction began in 1941, building an aeródormo. Instalations was joined to the Madrid Pact treaty as supply and training base of the USAF. It was closed in 1981. The airstrip are still operational today for civilian use as dependent Aena Airport since 1998. CIVILIAN USE.

Ferrol, A Coruña, Shipyard.
Dedicated since its inauguration Shipyard to build warships. Through the cooperation contract at 53, the Spanish government began the construction of ships with American technology, waiting to obtein some access to it. Due to the low cost of labor hand and good strategic position for transatlantic travel had to be expand, modernize and train its workers, some of whom traveled to USA to be introduced on new technologies. Currently managed by the company Navantia, IZAR group, manufactures boats for bélic and militar porpouses. MILITARY USE.

Cartagena (Murcia). Navy base.
Base use for suplying and recreation for American ships in the Mediterranean operations, the Sixth Fleet. In 1944 the United States also made the donation of a field hospital of forty beds setting in the Baluarte de San Pedro Claver in Cartagena, at that time called Naval War Hospital. This site wa operating until the first of March 1980 without be modified. CIVIL AND MILITAR USE.

Cartagena's military shipyards.
The shipyard was oriented towards the construction of special vessels such as submarines and minesweepers. Operated by NAVANTIA complany has special factory areas avalabled in the production, sale and maintenance of diesel engines for various applications: ships, tanks, power plants, cogeneration plants and traction. MILITARY USE.

Puig Major (Mallorca) military Air Force base.
Puig Major is the highest mountain in Mallorca, with a height of 1,445 m, and is the biggest peak of the Sierra de Tramuntana, with restricted access. Their radar provides image from Gibraltar to Malta even though the satellites today has higher resolution. The building is located right at the top of the peak and it is named after a military radar tower. Built and installed by the Americans in 1958. There are doubts about the nature of military installations and whether the responsibility lies with the Spanish or American army. Presumably SPANISH MILITARY USE.

Menorca. Navy base.
In 1825 the Americans manage to set on a stable, Mahon naval base, first base overseas that created outside its borders. Although it has been granted part of the facilities for civil use military use is maintained. The Americans have indicated that in the Balearics has one of the best submarine bases in the world "and not properly cultivated." Presumably SPANISH MILITARY USE.

Guardamar de Segura, Alicante, Naval radio station.
In the Campo de Guardamar the U.S. military in 1962 installed a radio antenna, "the American's Tower", 370 and 475m tall over the sea, and belonging to the Spanish Armada. Its transmitter is controlled from the base of Rota. After the first Gulf War the U.S. Army stopped using these facilities, passing to spanish Navy ownership, who called the base "Camp Santa Ana" and now belongs to the Spanish Navy. Its main objective is to control maritime traffic in the Mediterranean, especially the submarine fleet, which have their main base nearby, in the Port of Cartagena. Today is located a few meters from civil homes and developments. MILITARY USE.

Sierra de Aitana, Alicante, airbase and radio station.
In the Sierra de Aitana, between the towns of Alcoleja and Confrides, Alicante, is the EVA Air Surveillance Squadron No 5 with the Naval Radio Station. Located at 1558 m, the highest mountain in the province. Its construction began in 1957 and ended in 1960. It was the result of the bilateral agreement between Spain and the U.S., 1953. In 1964, the base was finally ceded by the United States, going to be owned by the Spanish Armada (Navy). The Aitana radar guide NATO sea navigation and air traffic into the Middle East and much of the Maghreb. In February 2007, was published in the Official Information, Defense Ministry's intention to dismantle the military base of the Air Force of the Sierra de Aitana, in order to optimize resources. ALLEGEDLY DEMOLISHED.

Sonseca, Toledo, nuclear surveillance observatory.
Is still part of the global network of detectors of Sovietic underground nuclear explosions warning of possible experiments. He is currently a research seismic and geological laboratory . CIVILIAN USE.

Inoges in the municipality of the Frasno, Zaragoza. Airbase.
Its construction started in 1955 and ends in 59. He summoned an air squadron of the USAF and a radar installation. In 1963, U.S. personnel moved, leaving a small group of USAF officers as advisers and moving the base control to Spanish Air force. Elizondo, Navarre, Base Warning and Control Air Army. Huge
<< "forests" of antennas, towers, bunkers, acuertalamientos, buildings of 15 storeys ... Everything came out of nowhere in 1954 at the summit of Mount Gorramendi in Elizondo (Navarra). That American base called Control Warning Squadron 877 W-6, was for 20 years the epicenter of the mystery until everything disappeared in 1974 after being blown fulminant facilities. The Franco regime was never clear about the activities that took place there, but it was suspected that it was a secret base communications prepared for any eventuality nuclear >>.
Right now demolished and in ruins. DEMOLISHED.

Estaca de Bares, Galicia, Navy Base.
This base was opened in 1962 to operate in the LORAN system (Long Range Aid to Navigation). In 1978 passes to the USAF . The base served as a communications station until 1991. Demolition planned for 2007. In present days these facilities are in ruins. Almost from its opening was the source of all kinds of myths and legends, even saying that nuclear submarines were located. DEMOLISHED.

L'Estartit, (Baix Empordà), Catalonia, Navy base.
Also belonging to the naval base LORAN system. Located on Mount Rocamaura. The base was abandoned in 1994. The demolition of the military base antenna culminated in May 98 the dismantling of the military base. In recent years only worked on it a guidance system for boats left satellite radio obsolete. NATO bombers have there the tracing and coordination center between America, Europe and southern Africa. At least American released that other centers had more hidden and more strategic interest across Europe. DEMOLISHED.

CONCLUSIONS:
In 1953 the regime capitulated to Ameicans. Since long, movements of rapprochement between the two regimes was expressed. The Spanish State Bankruptcy accelerate the process. Access to the installation of foreign forces in return for economic aid. Besides start settling foreign heavy industry through low cost of labor.
In 1963 U.S. install nuclear power plant in Spain, its strategic value is incalculable. Technology and operators were Americans. In 1968 Spain joined the treaty of non-proliferation. This does not prevent Americans keep on with its own nuclear policy at will, using the installed bases at its own. Nor off Spanish claims to be able to build a nuclear bomb.

Inoges, Soller, Estaca de Bares, Menorca, are fulcrums of general telecommunications network at service of Hunosa base.

The radar systems and antennas was part of a network of flight tracking for a possible nuclear war with Russia. In this war, each country was a puzzle piece and like it or not they have a specific place on the global map. USA had a special interest in Spain by its position in the Mediterranean: shutoff valve and first transatlantic scale.

At the end of the 70 American military bases in Spain have no longer interest in the outdated radar technology. 2 airports are now in civilian use. 2 LORAN tracing bases demolished, 2 aerial surveillance bases, Elizondo and the crumbling Sierr of Aitana also demolished. All other operating bases. The two shipyards were converted part of their business and private enterprise will, which also shows the interest of this militarily.

It is remarkable the importance for the American military development position in the Mediterranean the  Balearic Islands. It is not possible to determine whether base has or has not American personnel.
NATO reconverted military sector. Got rid of the bases of less value, and increased the most importants. Americans, thanks to the treaty firm in 1953, which provide 25% of the Spanish budget, served to get control of his allies by the economy. In addition served to control his enemies by his strategic positioning. Finally the countries where invested in facilities and equipment meet part of their wars, as in Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia and Libya.
Spain has signed contracts for the sale of military equipment to countries from which supposedly have to defend, Venezuela for example. It is a question of money and represion, no of security.

The army, far from disappearing strengthens. With each tecnologial  improvement increases their ability to control. In recent times it has transferred some of his power to Police Services, which have been militarized in equipment and tactics.
Huge amounts of money are serve every year supporting this parasita that use the money in tis own profit. As they have the atribution of violence enay tentative to stop the daing will be stop with blood.
The military pantomime is play in this global world as a any other speculative business. Instead of CEO a General, instead of employee soldier. Their work: spend a earn money. They tools are the arms. But the raw material is human meat.
We must said no to the army, no to the thievery and assesination. As our voice is not heard, weselves have to impose the sanity. No doubt that now the war is on the streets.
